About Brothers Ascend Inc.
Brothers Ascend Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the healing, growth, and leadership development of professional Black men in their 40s and 50s. Our mission is to cultivate a safe, affirming, and intentional space that nurtures every dimension of Black male identity—mind, body, and soul. Through immersive retreat experiences, we create culturally grounded spaces that elevate mental wellness, executive leadership, generational legacy, and purpose-driven community impact.

Vision
Black men face a unique set of pressures, trauma, expectations (a mountain) and consequently elevated stress-related health risks —often with insufficient support systems, especially in the current climate. Brothers Ascend seeks to change that by offering a sanctuary for:
